DB World Charitable Foundation is sponsoring the 22nd edition of the DIHAD Exhibition and Conference, highlighting the development of institutional philanthropy in the UAE and announcing strategic partnerships of approximately one million UAE dirhams in Rwanda, Nigeria and India.

The Dubai World Trade Center hosted the “DIHAD 2026” exhibition and conference, which brought together an elite group of humanitarian leaders, development organizations, policy makers and private sector partners to discuss growing global challenges and new horizons for philanthropy and collective collaboration.

DB World Charitable Foundation’s involvement is part of an ongoing commitment to fostering constructive dialogue, effective partnerships, and supporting practical and sustainable solutions that improve the quality of life of individuals, strengthen communities, and enable positive, sustainable impact. As part of its participation in the DIHAD 2026 exhibition, the Foundation helped to enrich the dialogue about the transformations observed in the role of institutional philanthropy with a keynote speech by Latifah Al Qamzi, Director General of the Charitable Foundation “DB World”, entitled: “From Giving to Impact in the Corporate A New EraE”. As an embodiment of the UAE’s established humanitarian values ​​and its pioneering role in supporting humanitarian efforts worldwide, the foundation also announced two strategic partnerships in the health and nutrition pillars, with a total financial commitment of approximately one million UAE dirhams.

The first partnership involves the allocation of 500,000 UAE dirhams to support Aster DM Healthcare’s mobile clinic program in Rwanda, which has been running for more than 10 years, aims to provide primary health care services to remote, least-served areas and help overcome key health care challenges that limit their access.

As for the second partnership, it includes support of AED 367,250 to strengthen the existing partnership between DB World Charitable Foundation and Dubai Expo City Foundation.

Together, these initiatives will help expand the scope of support in the three countries and demonstrate the potential of a partnership-based approach to addressing the challenges of access to health and strengthening food security.
