After his car overturned… developments on Baha’a Sultan’s health

Egyptian singer Bahaa Sultan was taken to El Alamein Model Hospital as a result of a car accident while returning from the city of El Alamein.

The car he was driving overturned on the 8th kilometer of the Alamein-Wadi al-Natrun road, as a result of which he suffered various bruises and scratches. An ambulance was immediately dispatched to the scene of the accident, and the artist was taken to the Alamein Model Hospital to receive the necessary medical care to complete the examinations.

For his part, Dr. Ibrahim Harb, director of El Alamein Hospital, explained that Baha Sultan arrived at the hospital around 10:30 a.m. today after the accident was discovered, noting that his health condition is stable and his injuries are minor.

Harb added in local reports that the medical team conducted a series of tests on the artist to check his condition, including a CT scan, MRI and ultrasound, in addition to the necessary medical tests and procedures.

After checking his condition, it was decided to keep Bahaa Sultan under observation for 24 hours, during the necessary treatment, according to the results of the observation, the doctors set the date of his discharge and he may leave the hospital tonight or tomorrow morning.

The security services started studying the causes and circumstances of the accident, inspecting the accident site and vehicle, taking appropriate legal measures and drawing up a report on the accident.

For his part, the head of the Syndicate of Music Professions, Mustafa Kamel, said in a statement to local media that he contacted Bahaa Sultan by phone after learning about the accident to check on his health. He confirmed that the condition of the Egyptian artist is stable and he received the necessary medical assistance at the hospital, where he was taken after the accident.

Artist Reda Al-Bahrawi posted a photo on her Facebook account of herself with Baha Sultan from inside the hospital after he survived a car accident on the Wadi Al-Natroun-Alamein road, wishing him safety and good health with his family and fans.

On the artistic level, last August, Bahaa Sultan released the song “Nobody Qaddak”, written by Mustafa Haduta, composed by Ihab Abdel Wahed and arranged by Ahmed Tariq Yahya.

Sultan recently performed a concert in the UAE capital Abu Dhabi, during which he performed a group of his most famous songs, including: “Now we like you”, “I’m wrong”, “I wonder”, “I’m decided”, “In a second”, “Wala’ al-Jaw” and “I am without you”.
