Lebanese artist Najwa Karam has revealed the details of the difficult situation in which he was injured while filming the music video for his latest song “What Happened”, which he recently released on his official YouTube channel.

He mentioned that three people fell down the stairs before filming his scene, before he also fell and injured his leg.
Najwa Karam said: “Three people fell into the sea on the ladder before me and I was the fourth and it’s good that nothing more happened,” hinting that the case could have developed further.
