One of the most emotional moments of the evening was the Ao Dai (traditional Vietnamese dress) fashion show, which was presented by 111 international contestants. The collections of the three designers, Le Duan Hung, Tran Thien Khanh and Ngo Nhat Huy, are skillfully combined with traditional handmade Vietnamese props.

While contestants from the Americas and the Caribbean dazzled in brocade fabrics and red and purple patterned conical hats, European and African contestants exuded elegance with wooden fans and the charm of rustic Paw Truk crockery. Meanwhile, contestants from Asia and Oceania looked very graceful in Ao Dai dresses with Thanh Tien paper flowers and fragrant lotus buds.
