Danish club Norsialand’s name has once again caught the interest of Al-Ahly fans after it was reported in the past few hours that the sides are set to strike a deal that would see the Reds goalkeeper Mustafa Schubert transfer to the Danish club in exchange for the return of Ibrahim Adel.
The scenario, despite its appeal to Red Castle fans, quickly clashed with the Danish side’s clear stance after it was confirmed that talks to include Mustafa Schubert had collapsed and that the idea of a swap deal was not on the table from the start.
However, the association of Ibrahim Adel’s name with Al-Ahly makes it possible to track down the file, especially as the player is one of the names attracting the attention of the Red Club at a time when Al-Ahly are constantly looking to strengthen their ranks with elements who can make a difference.
The question that looms remains: is the scenario of a swap deal between Al-Ahli and North Zealand already completed, or could the proposal come back to the fore to resolve the Ibrahim Adel deal?
